The job isn't finished when the paint dries — it's finished when you're happy. We walk every room with you, check each surface in natural light and handle touch-ups on the spot.
We walk the job with you — not past you.
Before we call any job done, Neil inspects every surface himself — then does it again with you, room by room. We check cut lines, coverage and consistency in natural light, because that's how you'll see your home every day.
Anything that isn't right gets touched up on the spot. Then the masking comes off, fixtures go back on, furniture is returned and the site is cleaned — you shouldn't be able to tell we were there, except for the paintwork.
What we check before sign-off
Straight, clean lines where walls meet ceilings, trims, windows and fittings.
Even colour and sheen across every surface, checked in natural daylight.
Enamel work smooth and hard-wearing; hardware refitted and working.
Masking removed, furniture returned, floors clean, waste taken away.
Leftover labelled paint is left with you for future touch-ups.

Do I get to inspect the work before final payment?+
Absolutely — the walkthrough is done together, and any touch-ups are completed before we consider the job finished.
Do you clean up after the job?+
Yes — masking and sheets removed, fixtures refitted, furniture returned, and the site left clean. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there, except for the paintwork.
What happens if I spot something after you leave?+
Call Neil. Anything related to our workmanship is covered by the 5-year guarantee — we'll come back and put it right.
